I studied at the University of Florida, but honestly design wasn't the first thing I fell in love with. I was always making something growing up, whether that was editing videos, taking photos, messing around in blender, or drawing. What actually pulled me into UX was a project designing for visually impaired students navigating job searches. Hearing what they had to work around just to find a career that actually fit them changed how I think about design.
That mindset has followed me through two internships since, working on the kind of systems people only notice when something breaks.
I pay attention to the details, I care more than I probably need to, and I don't stop until it actually works. Outside of work you'll usually find me at the gym, listening to whatever new album dropped, watching Chelsea whether they're winning or embarrassing themselves, or planning the next place I want to go explore.
